What you need to know

Your booked time is the tram’s departure time

The time slot you choose is the tram’s departure for Biesme-sous-Thuin, not your arrival time at the museum.

If you are late or do not attend

After your booked departure time, we can no longer guarantee that we can accommodate you. If you arrive too late to board, you will be treated as a no-show: your booking will be forfeited, with no refund or exchange, except where required by law.

Age categories and proof of age

Proof of age may be requested when exchanging vouchers at the counter, to check that the tickets match the visitors’ age categories.

If you cannot provide proof of age or do not meet the age category booked, you may be required to pay the difference in fares before your travel tickets are issued.

No refund of the difference will be given if you purchase a ticket in a higher fare category, subject to applicable law.

Booking conditions

  • Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except where required by law.
  • No changes to the date or time slot can be made after payment.
  • The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to this leisure activity on a specific date, in accordance with Article VI.53, 12°, of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
  • If the organiser cancels the event, visitors’ statutory rights remain protected.

What does the time I choose refer to?

It is the tram’s departure time for Biesme-sous-Thuin. Please arrive at the counter at least 30 minutes early to exchange your Voucher for a valid travel ticket.

Do I need to bring proof of age?

Proof of age may be requested at the counter to check the fare category of the tickets booked.

Can tickets be exchanged or refunded?
